ITMO postal address and additional information on submitting your application

Please note that adding your info to your personal page is just a preliminary stage of the application process. After that, you will need to submit your application documents to ITMO University in one of the following ways: by uploading their digital copies onto your personal page, submitting them to the university's Admission Office in person, by post or courier service.

Please note! If your documents are submitted by an authorized representative, this representative must have the original copy of the power of attorney indicating their right to submit, collect, and sign application documents in the name of the applicant.

Important! When submitting documents by post or courier service, you have to send them as a registered letter with declared value with a notification of receipt and a list of enclosures. The notification of receipt and the list of enclosures will serve as proof that your application documents have been accepted.

Please note! Information on submitting original copies of your educational documents:

According to the regulations on admission, applicants to tuition-free positions can be enrolled only if they have submitted the original copies of their educational documents within the specified deadline for their level of studies and competition (listed below) and haven't withdrawn them at the time the respective order of admission is issued.

Applicants to tuition-based positions can be enrolled if, at the time of the issue of their respective order of admission, the Admission Office has a copy of their educational document, a signed contract for the provision of paid educational services, and a copy of the receipt confirming the payment for the first year of studies as per the contract.

Application deadlines for 2026

Bachelor's programs:

    Applications for tuition-free positions are received starting June 20, 2026 and until:
  • July 10, 5 PM (GMT+3, Moscow time) – for those applying with the results of the university's own entrance exams;
  • July 25, 5 PM (GMT+3, Moscow time) – for those applying with their USE scores or via school competitions.

Ranked lists of applicants are published on the university's official website and bulletin boards on July 27;

Applicants to tuition-free studies must provide consent for admission to the Admission Board by:

  • August 1 (12 PM, GMT+3) – for applicants not taking entrance exams; those applying within special admission quotas;
  • August 5 (12 PM, GMT+3) – for applicants taking entrance exams and competing for positions left vacant after admission of first-priority applicants.

Application period for tuition-based positions: June 20 – August 18.

Master's programs:

Applications are received starting June 20, 2026 and until:

  • August 20, 2026 – for applicants for tuition-free positions;
  • August 28, 2026 – for tuition-paying applicants.

Applicants to tuition-free positions must provide consent for admission to the Admission Board by August 24, 2026 (12 PM, GMT+3).
