About the program
The program trains future leaders of the digital age who can manage change and implement AI technologies into business processes. Its main focus lies in process transformation: you’ll learn to determine a company’s digital maturity and master business digitalization tools.You’ll get to know how to not only analyze data but also find growth areas, design AI solutions, calculate their economic impact, confidently pitch your ideas to teams and clients, and accompany the change process. You’ll work on business cases by partner companies: namely, auditing processes, building transformation roadmaps, and designing prototypes of automated solutions. The program will be the perfect fit for future AI project managers, transformation consultants, and business analysts who wish to speak the same language with developers and designers. Graduates can take on a range of roles: from business and system analysts to AI strategists prepared to work in the hybrid intelligence conditions.Program partners
