About the program

Tools for Software Development and Analysis is a corporate program by ITMO and the IT company YADRO that offers training in software quality. During their studies, students master different approaches to program analysis and error detection methods, as well as learn to develop the tools necessary to create qualitatively new software products and improve the quality of existing ones. After completing the course, you will be able to create code analyzers and fuzzers, along with IDEs and their components, such as debuggers and profilers, and be competent enough to build new programming languages and their compilers. The program is designed for applicants with an IT background striving to learn all about developing quality assurance methods and try themselves in designing tools for software developers. You will explore advanced software analysis methods and learn to create static and dynamic analyzers, verifiers, fuzzers, and test automation tools. The program’s experts will explain how modern development environments are organized and teach you to develop plugins for the available IDEs and build your own. During practical classes, students will dive deeper into programming languages and compilers. The courses are taught by researchers, architects, and developers from leading companies on the market.
