About the program
The program trains sought-after specialists who can efficiently prevent cyberattacks and ensure data security.Information security is one of the most in-demand IT sectors. In the program, you will learn to design complex cybersecurity systems, distinguish between various types of malware, and identify vulnerable network segments.
During your studies, you will delve into the theory and practice behind IT security and machine learning, gaining a comprehensive understanding of associated issues and solutions in these fields. Starting your first semester, you will be able to join ongoing projects and cases, develop efficient security solutions, and implement your knowledge. You will also be introduced to the tools and technologies currently used in the field. In your free time, you may take part in CTF (Capture the Flag) competitions.
The program offers several specializations:
- Computer System Information Security (in Russian and English);
- Cryptographic Methods of Information Security (in Russian);
- Analytical Management of Information Security (in Russian).
