About the specialty

You will conduct theoretical and experimental scientific research, develop new techniques and approaches to the study of semiconductors, and create new technologies based on semiconductor materials.Basic principles of learning:

1. Fundamentals: theory of semiconductors, low temperature physics, quantum mechanics, optics of semiconductor materials, as well as modern methods of their research.
2. Conducting original research in the field of developing new semiconductor materials, studying their properties and applications in various fields such as electronics, optoelectronics and photonics.
3. Innovation and technology: development of new semiconductor-based technologies, including the creation of efficient solar cells, LEDs, lasers and other devices.
4. Interdisciplinarity is the application of knowledge from related fields such as nanotechnology, materials science, and chemistry to solve complex problems.
