About the program
Get your Master’s in artificial intelligence at ITMO to create AI products and technologies that will change the world.Thanks to its project-oriented approach, students of the program work on real-world projects by the industry leaders (X5 Group, Ozon Bank, МТС, Sber AI, Nornickel, Napoleon IT, Genotek, Raft, AIRI, and DeepPavlov) and learn from the experience of 20+ ML experts from Yandex, Gazprom Bank, and many other companies. The program is your chance to become part of the powerful AI and ML community.
Over the course of training, you’ll be able to build your own learning track and find your specialization in ML engineering, data engineering, AI product development, or data analysis. Additionally, you’ll get to immerse yourself in research: take the floor at the international A/A* conferences and publish your papers in leading journals.Classes are held in evenings, which makes it convenient to balance a job alongside your studies.
As their graduation thesis, students can present a released industrial solution for a partner company, a scientific paper, an AI startup, or a course or an educational technology based on AI.

Right after graduation, you will be able to work at a mid-level position as:
– an ML engineer (create and implement ML models into production);
– a data engineer (manage processes of data collection, storage, and processing);
– an AI product developer (design AI products);
– a data analyst (analyze datasets and help businesses introduce data-driven solutions);
– an AI product manager (generate product hypotheses, conduct market analysis, and test MVPs).
